The incumbent has to ensure the accuracy of all IT hardware and software asset database meets the Service Level Agreement\u2019s requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Manage and drive the Asset Management\u2019s service delivery processes for Managed Services\u2019 outsourcing clients<br>\u2022 Ensure accuracy of all IT hardware and software assets database meets the contractual obligations of the Service Level Agreements<br>\u2022 Verify procedures are developed, maintained and enforced for all service delivery activities and audits<br>\u2022 Maintain accuracy in inventory data collection, storage, tracking and maintenance of IT hardware and software information<br>\u2022 Co-ordinate with vendors on all aspects of the Agreement, including acquisition, software distribution and technical support requirements<br>\u2022 Monitor and ensure all assets are tagged in accordance with NEC\u2019s quality control standards<br>\u2022 Provide periodic reports on the progress of Asset Management\u2019s activities<br>\u2022 Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT or Computer Science<br>\u2022 At least 1 year of experience in IT environment<br>\u2022 Fresh graduates are welcome to apply<br>\u2022 Must be well versed in Basic IT Technical Skills and Microsoft Applications<br>\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a pre-requisite<br>\u2022 Strong in English communication, both oral and writing skills<br>\u2022 Pleasant personality and ability to work independently<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary of the role Asset Management Analyst is responsible for managing and driving the Asset Management\u2019s service delivery processes for each of the NEC Managed Services\u2019 outsourcing clients.
