\u2022 Provide expertise in troubleshooting and identifying root cause analysis of server and application issues
\u2022 Deploy Middleware packages and bug fixes to Test\/PreProd\/Production environments
\u2022 Adhere to change management requirements for implementation of enhancements and change requests
\u2022 Responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of Middleware (Sharepoint, CRM, Jboss, Weblogic, HTTP Server) administration to meet the business needs and service levels
\u2022 Manage operational changes through change request process and provide status reports to the relevant parties
\u2022 Provide 1st and 2nd level operational support of Middleware (Sharepoint, CRM, Jboss, Weblogic, HTTP Server)
\u2022 Respond promptly to incidents, investigate and deliver temporary or permanent resolutions of incidents escalated, and provide timely status updates to relevant parties
\u2022 Ensure service levels meet the requirements, and propose and implement action plans when required
\u2022 Responsible for the implementation of service continuity measures, such as backup\/restore procedures and disaster recovery plan, to ensure continuity of the business operations
\u2022 Support of other Middleware (Sharepoint, CRM, Jboss, Weblogic, HTTP Server) administration activities
\u2022 Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Bachelor Degree\/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
\u2022 At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Middleware (Sharepoint, CRM, Jboss, Weblogic, HTTP Server) administration in an enterprise level environment
\u2022 Strong Knowledge and experience in Middleware (Sharepoint, CRM, Jboss, Weblogic, HTTP Server)
