\u2022 Provide Installation, administration and maintenance support for Storage Area Network and Enterprise Backup.
\u2022 Health check and monitoring of the storage devices.
\u2022 Integrate the storage solution\u2019s hardware and software into the customer\u2019s operating environment and ensure full interoperability.
\u2022 Regularly update the firmware;
\u2022 Ensure comprehensive documentation of the storage solution is in place.
\u2022 Prepare test plan in consultation with the customer to ensure the solution can function fully.
Enterprise Backup
\u2022 Administration and management of Symantec backup environment.
\u2022 Backup job configuration and scheduling.
\u2022 Backup server performance tuning.
\u2022 Troubleshoot any backup related.
\u2022 Capacity planning for tape libraries and backup servers.
\u2022 Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) for all the critical systems and ensure successful rebuilt of Production or DR servers after each DR should the need arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 equivalent university degree.
\u2022 At least 5 years\u2019 experience in Enterprise Backup Solutions and Storage Area Network
\u2022 Manage and monitor multiple storage subsystem;
\u2022 Manage disk partitioning;
\u2022 LUN assignments (create, modify or delete LUN of various sizes);
\u2022 Creation and management of Zones;
\u2022 Manage the storage capacity and utilisation;
\u2022 Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning; and
