Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical Skills:
\u2022 Expertise in Application Packaging using toolsets such as Wise Package Studio and Admin Studio in Windows Win10\/ Win11 environment
\u2022 Packaging a wide variety of desktop applications including Client\/Server, Web-based, and bespoke applications and other related components in an SLA driven environment using InstallShield (MSI, MST, Conflict Management, Custom Actions, VBScript_
\u2022 In-depth Knowledge of regressive troubleshooting in Windows Installer technology
\u2022 Creating application packages using various packaging approaches such as Setup Capture, creating MST, response file, silent install, etc.
\u2022 Repackaging and customizing the applications as per the client requirement in Windows Installer format and supporting all phases like Source Validation, Creating packages, QA, UAT, and Production Deployment
\u2022 Extensive exposure to the complete life cycle of Software Packaging
\u2022 Good knowledge of VB Scripting, PowerShell Scripting, AutoIT, SMS Installer, and Batch scripting
\u2022 Hands-on experience with InstallShield, VMWare, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Application Virtualization Sequencer
\u2022 Good working knowledge of Troubleshooting Tools like Picture Taker, InstallRite, Procmon, process explorer, Office Customization Tool, Adobe Customization Wizard, and Orca
\u2022 Experience in deploying and managing the application using Microsoft technologies (SCCM\/MECM\/Intune\/BigFix)
\u2022 Create and maintain machine-based collections and advertisements in SCCM for application deployment testing
\u2022 Microsoft Office 365 – Experience in application support, administration, and troubleshooting, including Office add-ins
\u2022 A good understanding of networking, IT infrastructure & hardware.
Soft Skills:
\u2022 Effective & strong verbal and written communication skills with a real focus on customer service and the ability to work with minimal supervision
\u2022 Able to collaborate, communicate and work effectively with remote cross-functional teams and stakeholders
\u2022 A proven experience in large-scale IT environments with good technical proficiency combined with a strong problem-solving ability
\u2022 Preferably 5+ years experience in application packaging technology<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical\/Electronic\/Computer Engineering\/Information Systems
\u2022 At least 5 years of experience in Windows System administration
\u2022 At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Active Directory administration and implementation
\u2022 Experience in security patch\/fix management and deployment
\u2022 Experience in deployment and installation of Windows Server 2008\/2012
\u2022 Good knowledge of system level monitoring, performance tuning and enterprise backup solutions
\u2022 Proficient in troubleshooting skills
\u2022 Effective communication skills
