\u2022 Develop documentation, including product guides, demos, tutorials, code starter kits, design specifications, technical blogs and FAQs to meet organisational needs and standards
\u2022 Digest and summarise complex technical concepts to different readable and understandable forms for various target audiences in a reusable mode
\u2022 Review and edit contents provided by Product Teams to ensure contents are search-engine optimised
\u2022 Support to build and drive the contents strategy for Singapore Government Developer Portal
\u2022 Support to evaluate contents\u2019 formats, types and mediums to build the contents\u2019 cadence recommendation for Product Managers
\u2022 Work with team members of different disciplines to obtain in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements; to receive feedback and be responsive to incorporate in the contents
\u2022 Deliver consistency and timely refresh of contents
\u2022 Conduct research to stay abreast with industry\u2019s trends and adapt the best practices of contents of leading technology players
\u2022 Serve as the daily communication point of contact across various teams, including product, marketing and translations
\u2022 Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 At least 2 years of experience in business, product or technical writing
\u2022 Ability to refine complex ideas into simple, factual messaging
\u2022 Ability to thrive under pressure and stay focused to meet tight timelines
\u2022 Effective oral and written communication skills
\u2022 Meticulous with a keen eye for details
