A\u00a0wireless site survey<\/strong>, sometimes called an RF site survey or wireless survey, is the process of planning and designing a wireless network, in particular an\u00a0802.11<\/a>\u00a0Wi-Fi\u00a0wireless network<\/a>, to provide a wireless solution that will deliver the required wireless coverage, data rates, network capacity, roaming capability and\u00a0Quality of Service<\/a>\u00a0(QoS).<\/p>
