ICT Business Forum 2011 – Prosper With People, Productivity & Planet

Organized by Singapore infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF), the ICT business Forum held on 24th February 2011 is where leaders and Infocomm Technology (ICT) professionals from the Singapore ICT community come together to gain insights into ICT business landscape, emerging trends and opportunities , and technological developments.

The theme for 2011: “Prosper with People , Productivity, and Planet” aims to provide invaluable perspectives on how organizations can reap profitability by incorporating innovations that increase business efficiency and minimize environmental impact.

A panel of distinguished speakers including industry experts, analysts, and business leaders are being invited to speak at the forum. This event will be a good opportunity for  infocomm and enterprise business leaders, C-level executives, entrepreneurs and ICT professionals to get together to discuss opportunities and foster new relationships.

The forum in the morning session will examine the issues that will impact the ICT sector and provide viewpoints into the changing ICT business trends. Moreover, the afternoon session will discuss on emerging technologies and best practices to help enterprises and organizations to fully harness the opportunities brought about by infocomm.

It integrates an enterprise application server with up to 78 terabytes (TB) of extendable online/nearline and unlimited offline data storage using less than 600 watts of electricity.

  3. JP1 System Management Software; a highly cost-effective approach to do job automation in a virtualized environment by our partner, Hitachi Asia.

Sift Recorded 240 Infocomm Industry Employees and Their Families at its Volunteer’s Day Clean Our Beach Event

OPUS has supported in the SiTF Volunteer’s day – Clean Our Beach on Saturday, 10 July 2010.

We have demonstrated our unwavering support for the good cause of bringing cheers to everyone who needs it, and in general, the beautiful side of concerned Singaporeans and residents alike who have put in extra efforts to help others.

To aggregate and to promote such efforts for ICT industry, SiTF is pleased to announce the observance every 2nd Saturday of July as the National ICT Industry Volunteer’s Day.

Abounding In Opportunities ICT Indonesia

The IT IndoComm alternated with ICT Expo in different years to showcase new-to-Indonesia technologies and business opportunities from foreign entities. OPUS participated as part of official Singapore Pavilion organized by SiTF and IE Sinagpore in the event. Our CEO, Charles Fan represented the Best Sourcing Chapter Chairman for SiTF was being interviewed by the Indonesian media during the event.

Opus Participated in SITF Charity Event in Support of Society for the Physically Disabled

As part of the infocomm community in Singapore, OPUS has supported and participated the inaugural Spinning Singapore 2010 fitness and charity event on last Friday, 29th January 2010 organised by SiTF in support of the Society for the Physically Disable (SPD). Our team has joined this highly energized and fun indoor cycling workout using stationary exercise bikes that have been designed to cater all levels of fitness and aged group. 

For the purpose of this event, 100 exercise bikes have been arranged for the massed workout.  The programmer and venue had been carefully thought out and designed for the purpose of raising funds, as well as to promote a healthy lifestyle.
