Job Descriptions:
- Perform desktop related cases and service requests
- Provide IT Support for the end-users
- Perform 1st level troubleshooting
- Trouble shooting PCs software, hardware, laptops, printers and Local Area Network
- Installation and configuration of operating systems, Microsoft outlook and application software.
- Repair and service of PCs hardware and laptops.
- Install, setup and configure of new desktops, laptops and printers.
- Assist with other IT related task given from the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- IT Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2-years’ experience in IT Desk Side Support
- Ability to perform assigned task and job prioritization/delegation
- Strong end user engagement and able to manage challenging end user requests
- Equip with Strong technical analytic/troubleshooting skills
- Poses own transport as travel between offices is required (Shah Alam/PJ)

Salary: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
