The CCAS International Contact Centre Awards 2008 seek to recognize and honour the people behind the scenes that continue to fuel the industry’s exciting growth in the contact centre industry in Singapore.
This award was organized by The Contact Centre Association of Singapore (CCAS), a non-profit independent organization that was established to harness existing expertise and promote the development of a world-class contact centre industry in Singapore.
The judges this year come from countries across Asia Pacific including Taiwan and Philippines giving a good mix of cultural differences and very deep call centre experience and expertise.
With their thorough judging process, we are pleased to receive the Best Contact Centre Team Leader of the Year (under 100 Seats) – GOLD and Best Customer Service Professional of the Year (Under 100 seats) – BRONZE under the Individual Award Categories.
